Your estate features ten opulent bedrooms, nine custom bathrooms, & multiple living and dining areas for group celebrations. The estate welcomes special event gatherings alongside a four-night / five-day stay on the Ranch

Enjoy a custom granite and stone bar, full sized pool table, shuffleboard table, poker and foosball tables, and private movie theater.

A centerpiece of the estate itself is a custom 250,000 gallon heated inground pool and spa open 365 days a year. The pool is heated to 88 degrees at all times and the inground custom spa is heated to 102 degrees.

Your outdoor aquatic oasis area also features a lounge with al fresco dining seating for up to 30 guests.

You will enjoy our included concierge itinerary planning services, daily groundskeeping, pool attendant, daily fresh brunches with mimosa bar, round trip airport transportation, and up to 12 hours additional daily use of our chauffeured late model 15-passenger excursion vans to explore Malibu beaches, Los Angeles, Disneyland, and any other area attractions of interest.
