This exclusive Pre-restoration dinner party at Franklin Grove is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

Take a step back in time for an evening you and your guests will never forget on the magnificent future site of Franklin Grove Estate & Gardens, the Heritage Foundation's latest adaptive reuse project.

Enter the grand foyer of the historic Winstead Mansion and be greeted with champagne and passed hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy a gourmet dinner for 10 in the mansion, relaxing afterward in the parlor for storytelling and music by a local singer-songwriter. End the evening in an unforgettable setting, curated just for you, on the back lawn under the majestic 150-year-old oak tree. There, dessert will be served, engaging conversation had and memories made!

A photographer will be on site to capture your evening. Each guest will be provided memory books of this special night in the weeks following the gathering.

Your evening includes a private, behind-the-scenes, pre-restoration tour of the entire property with President & CEO Bari Beasley. Hear about the Foundation's future vision and learn more about the property's history.

*Restrictions: Limited to 10 people including host(s). Based on Franklin Grove availability. Must give at least six weeks' notice prior to desired date. Includes catering, staffing, rentals, singer-songwriter, sound production and photographer.
