Join Kenna from Sona Fitness for a relaxing yet energizing yoga class that will get your whole body moving and your mind feeling good! Our friends at Lifeway will be providing yoga mats, water bottles, and some fun products, so grab your friends and meet us at the lake! All levels welcome and all proceeds go directly to Friends of Prentice.

Kenna Johnson is Co-Founder of Sona Fitness, NASM-certified personal trainer, a yoga instructor, and a Nike Trainer. In addition to lifelong dance training (she danced professionally in the Chicago area), Kenna has extensive experience as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and yoga teacher, having taught classes all over Chicago and the North Shore. In class design and personal training sessions, Kenna focuses on functional training; training that improves your daily life physically and mentally. She holds specialties in Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Senior Fitness, and Nutrition. Kenna's love for Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise brought her to join the board of Friends of Prentice, and she is honored to be a part of such a wonderful organization!
