Sweetwater County WY Plein Air Competition

The Community Fine Arts Center (in Rock Springs, WY) and the Green River Arts Council (in Green River, WY) have joined together to hold the 2nd Annual SWEETWATER COUNTY PLEIN AIR COMPETITION on Saturday, June 24, 2023. This one-day event will be held in the City of Rock Springs where artists can paint the historic and colorful downtown. Painting from 9 am to 2 pm, but artists can be out as early as 7am.  The artists' plein air work will be judged for awards followed by a reception and silent auction that afternoon from 4 to 5 pm.
