All of our Wagyu Crosses are sustainably raised in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.

The beef that we raise is a cross between Wagyu and Holstein breeds of cattle. Wagyu is well known for the intense marbling characteristics of the meat. Lesser known is that Holstein also provides a high level of marbling in the meat and is the second-most marbling line of cattle behind Wagyu. So what does this mean when we cross breed these lines? It means that we end up with a premium beef product for you to enjoy with friends and family!
