Executive Chef Mathieu Lefebvre will take you on a rotating, seasonal seven-course culinary adventure with perfectly paired wines from Sommelier Rob Crandall. They will present each course with elegant surprises like Dover Sole, Truffles, Caviar and New York State Fois Gras.

This dining experience will accommodate up to six guests and is only available on Saturday evenings. You will need to reserve it at least two weeks in advance and can do so by contacting the Catering department.

*The Chef will not reveal his menu in advance but gladly accommodate any dietary and/or food allergy restrictions.
