Artist: Tundra Rose by Lisa
Representing the artists memories of growing up and visiting Nome, this mobile is made completely with found objects from the beaches in Nome. A Japanese fishing float, ivory pieces, driftwood, reindeer antler and assorted glass and rocks, bound together with found fishing line. a recycled rope was used to create a fishing net inspired portion around the driftwood. It has four prongs but only three are filled because it is an interactive piece that allows for the new owner to keep empty or add their findings to it and create new memories.
3' x 19" x 19"
