Penny Treese is a fine artist who specializes in the ancient technique of encaustic painting. She uses pigment, molten wax, and a blow torch to create paintings that celebrate survival, freedom and the unique beauty within each of us. She believes the feminine form grows more spectacular as it is decorated by life's journey. Through her own healing, Penny's art transformed into expressions of bold courage embraced by delicate splendor. Today each piece emanates a spirit of unbridled joy and audacity, tamed only by a harmonious dance between the gentle and strong.
