Online auction bidding begins Monday, October 16th at 8:00 am and
ends Sunday, October 22nd at 8:00 pm EDT.

When using a credit card to pay for auction items you have won or for all donations, please be advised that
Greene County Habitat for Humanity (or a truncated version) will appear on your credit card statement.

Auction winners will be notified by text.

Local winners may pick up their auction items on
Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 10am-4pm and
Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 10am-2pm at

Out of town winners may opt to have their auction items shipped at winners' expense unless item can be mailed in a standard envelope.  To arrange for shipping of your item(s), please email us at info@lakeoconeeshowcaseofhome.org.

Auction items containing alcohol must be picked up in person.
To bid on and pick up alcohol related auction items, you must be at least 21 years of age.

All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

For federal income tax purposes you may be able to deduct the portion of your purchase price
that exceeds the item's fair market value (FMV),
