You and up to nine guests will be treated to a guided tasting of these world-class Roses from the comfort of a private dining space in Amali's Fireplace Room.

Amali's award-winning sommeliers will guide your party through a 20-minute tasting and discussion of the diverse varieties of roses from across the Mediterranean. You'll be treated to insider knowledge on how to 'wow' the guests at your next dinner party or night out with a show-stopping Rose selection. After your tasting, you'll put your newfound knowledge to use with two hours of free-pour Rose accompanied by Mediterranean dips and charcuterie.

Up for another course? Your party has the option to extend your tour of the Mediterranean by staying for dinner.*

The winning bidder will receive:

• Two-hour time slot in a private, enclosed dining space for 8-10 guests.
• A 20-minute wine tasting session accompanied by Mediterranean dips and charcuterie.
• Rose poured freely for the allotted time.

Restrictions:

• *If you decide to stay for dinner, Amali requests that the party orders additional appetizers/entrees "for the table" and whatever wine is open at the time the tasting is completed will be "carried over" to your dinner and additional beverages, food, etc. will be charged at normal a la carte prices.
• Time & Location: Start time between 5:30 and 6:30. Preferred days are Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Blackout Dates: November 25 - January 1, Holidays/Holiday Weekends, most Tuesdays-Thursdays except in July, August, and January.
• Timing and reservations subject to a la carte and private dining reservations.
