The Casas are situated in the ancient hill town of Manciano with its Sienese styled fortress. The area that is known as the Maremma embraces and lavishes enchanted beauty and tradition like no other place. The Maremma exists within the magnificent Tyrrhenian Sea Region and its villages, romantic Fiora River, silvery mountains and the natural thermal spas. Yes, this is the land of the mysterious Etruscans who thrived in this precious area of southern Tuscany and left for us millions of signs of their fascinating civilizations..

Most of the Casas features two bedrooms ( all double occupancy), two baths, with showers, a kitchen and a lovely living room area. The Casas are named after my Italian Grandmother Zolira, Mother Natalia, and Aunt Giovanna. Each are charming homes created to enhance your joy of living the Tuscan Dream. Bambini features a large patio, two bedrooms and two baths, kitchen/family room. MiraBella and Allegra, just a short walk from our grounds was built in the 1920's, offers the enjoyment of Manciano right at your doorsteps. La Terrazza is in "old town" surrounded by the medieval history of Manciano. Veranda is located at the base of the castle.

wonderful place to watch the animals come and

Brittania Bryant is a self-taught artist from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a breast cancer survivor Brittania searched for outlets to express herself. Observing and possibly working out with the future NFL Draft Class of 2024. Last year's draft class had three 1st Rounders (Jamyr Gibbs - U AL/ Det Lions, Jordan Addison - USC/ Minn Vikings, DeOntae Banks - U MD/ NY Giants) and XPE has trained the fastest athletes EVER at the NFL Combine each of the last 6 years.

Observing or working out with NFL Off Season Clients that have been the likes of TE Travis Kelce, WR Anquan Boldin, RB Mark Ingram, and many others. Specific athletes cannot be guaranteed to show up but a normal session has 20 NFL Players.

One on One sessions with Founder/Owner Tony Villani.

The winner will have direct contact with Tony Villani so they can set up different sessions, so it is an enjoyable experience.
