Ken Fury (Kenneth Marez Jr.) is a multi-talented artist based in New York City. His diverse body of work encompasses painting, jewelry, music, dance, poetry, photography, and filmmaking. With roots in Pueblo, Colorado, and a heritage of Nuevomexicano and Indigenous Genizaro descent from southern Colorado and New Mexico, Ken explores the interplay between creation and destruction and the profound connection between humanity and nature. His art draws inspiration from his dreams, subconscious, and life experiences, embodying themes of love, mortality, transformation, spirituality, and the ongoing effects of colonization. Ken's vibrant and symbolic paintings capture the essence of these themes, while his jewelry beautifully merges sculptural form with his cultural heritage. His artwork and jewelry have been exhibited in galleries and museums. Additionally, Ken is an accomplished dancer, having won over thirty breaking championships worldwide, and he shares his expertise by teaching at schools and universities and serving as a cultural ambassador.
