Additional Information (inspiration): I wanted to create a series of farm animal paintings that resembled the collectible baseball cards that used to be popular when I was young. So each piece in this 'Agri-portrait' series has the same curved border but differently colored, with a circle containing the footprint/hoofprint of the animal. In some cases, the type of cow it might be could be included as well. There are several pieces in this series that can be seen on my website.

About the Artist:

As a self-taught artist, my style tends towards representational, with impressionistic touches, usually showing close-up compositions. Daily walks in my rural town inspire me to paint New England themes and Maine blueberries. An artist must be allowed to grow and try new approaches, so I encourage art collectors to cherish and buy the piece that moves them when they see it, because it may be gone the next time you get around to it.

Shipping: Price includes shipping to buyers in the U.S. If buyer is outside the U.S., additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated and payable after the sale and prior to shipment.
