Wellness Day for You & Your Friends - Enjoy a day at Hand in Paw by spending time with friends and increasing your body's level of oxytocin through a wellness class led by John Scott Vowell. The class will begin with a light yoga session, followed by fitness training. After class, Hand in Paw staff will provide home-made smoothies and snacks! While cooling down, you and your group will have the chance to visit with HIP Therapy Teams and staff dogs.
