Description: This auction listing is for a brand new Heil 80K BTU 95% efficient single stage natural gas furnace complete with Plenum Transition, new gas ball value, new electrical shut-off switch, condensate pump, plastic pad and flu, 2.5 ton air conditioning unit with plastic pad, disconnect whip, and installation. We will remove and replace equivalent sized furnace and A/C unit. Heil features 10 year parts warranty. Low Cost Heating and Cooling provides a 2 year warranty on workmanship. A new digital programmable thermostat is also included.
