• Vinton - Pick your scare from three paranormal tours offered by the Benton County Historical Society at the Horridge House and Vinton Train Depot. Options include a private overnight paranormal investigation for 8 people at the Horridge House & Vinton Train Depot; a guided overnight of the Horridge House for eight; or a day tour for up to ten.
• Scotch Grove - Are you ready for an overnight ghost hunt at Edinburgh Manor, one of the most haunted places in the Midwest? We sure hope so as you have an overnight investigation for up to five people. Edinburgh Manor was a mental asylum built on the former poor farm, where those who died there were buried. Maybe you'll meet their infamous "Joker" near his padded room. Available Sunday - Thursday dates; may add additional people for $50 per person.
• Strawberry Point - Built in 1903, enjoy an overnight stay at the historic Franklin Hotel.
• Malvern - Featured on Paranormal Lockdown, Malvern Manor has lots of visitors - living and ghostly. Enjoy a day tour of the Malvern Manor for you and 10 guests plus an overnight stay.
• Villisca - Visit one of the most infamous and haunted sites in Iowa, the Villisca Ax Murder House. Six people can take an afternoon tour, Tuesday - Sunday, 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
• Chelsea - Periwinkle Place Manor used to be a funeral parlor. Enjoy an overnight Horror or Ghost Hunt event where mystery meets history. Expires 11/30/2023.
• Council Bluffs - Built in 1885, the Squirrel Cage Jail (aka Pottawattamie Co. Jail) was in continuous use until 1969. The only one of it's kind, the jail has three floors of revolving pie-shaped cells inside a cage. As a maximum security jail for that long, one can only imagine the ghosts it has! Enjoy a four hour investigative tour for four. The investigation runs from 8pm to midnight.
• Be ready for these ghostly adventures with several books about haunted locations, an EVP recorder and an EMF detector.
