Enjoy a sparkling aperitif and brunch for up to ten people and a tour of one of the most historically significant homes in Stonington Borough.

Dine in the elegant 1787 colonial house built by Captain Amos Palmer, Revolutionary War and 1814 Battle of Stonington hero. It was the home also of James McNeill Whistler, world-famous painter, Stephen Vincent Benet, who won two Pulitzer Prizes for poetry, and James Houston, Master Designer for Steuben Glass for 43 years.

Guests will learn about these four fascinating historical celebrities and be given a tour of the Captain Amos Palmer House and beautiful parterre garden by Alice Houston, current owner of the house, and Bill Hobbs, Director, Stonington Historical Society.

It will be your choice of a Saturday or Sunday Brunch on a mutually agreed date before autumn 2023.
