Smoke & Dough Package

b'tween sandwich co. is the realization of Chef Michelle Wallace's dreams of stepping out with her own concept. Wallace's years of experience in the restaurant industry, as well as her steadfast dedication to bringing delicious and unique sandwiches to Houston foodies, has paid off tenfold.

This package will include two dozen of Chef Michelle Wallace's famous buttermilk biscuits and ten pounds of smoked meats including her notable house made and smoked bologna, smoked salmon and smoked brisket. The package will include four spreads: tahini honey butter, bacon jam, smoked strawberry spread and roasted garlic-tarragon sauce. This package screams summer time and family!
