Lazy Betty is the culmination of the Hsu family's, along with Chef Aaron Phillips', love for food and community. Siblings and partners Howard, Anita, and Ron Hsu were instilled with this passion from their mother, Betty, who welcomed friends and family to her restaurants as if they were her home.

Chefs Ron and Aaron bring the experience they developed while working in kitchens all over the world, including their time at Le Bernardin, the world-renowned NYC restaurant that has garnered three Michelin stars and four stars from The New York Times.

In Lazy Betty's open kitchen setting, Ron and Aaron curate an intimate experience where diners can watch their meal being prepared. The modern and innovative menu embodies the inspirations from Chefs Ron's and Aaron's professional training, global travels and Atlanta's local community.
