Chef Samuel McCandless, an alum of Boulder's now-closed Arcana and Frasca Food & Wine, took the helm of Corrida's kitchen in August 2021 where he combines his talent for using classic techniques and simple ingredients to execute a menu of fine Spanish cuisine. Corrida has been critically acclaimed for its menu of wood-fired steaks (most of which are sourced from regenerative farms and ranches), as well as its incredible selection of fresh seafood and tapas.

The 4-course Alpenglobe tasting menu experience is paired with unique Spanish wines from incredible producers, old vines, and organic viticulture. Alpenglobes are heated and private to your party.
