Wine Tasting with Dave Roberts (Manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers and co-owner of the Red Stitch Wine Group) and Dinner Pairing by Chef Chris Ono (Hansei) at the Toshizo Watanabe Culinary Cultural Center for Eight (8) people

The manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers, 2020 World Series Champions, and Red Stitch Wine Group co-owner Dave Roberts will host eight people at this wine tasting and dinner, which will feature Red Stitch's cabernet, pinot noir, and chardonnay. Dave and his wife Tricia, along with the whole Red Stitch team, have been hands-on in crafting each of these wines.

To pair with the wines, JACCC's Chef in Residence, Chris Ono, will use seasonal ingredients-including the freshest locally-sourced fish, vegetables and meats-to create a special five course French/Japanese tasting menu, evocative of his own heritage and his French and Japanese training at Michelin-starred restaurants Providence, Eleven Madison Park, and Mori Sushi. For the past year, Chef Chris, a Yonsei (fourth generation Japanese American), has been drawing diners to the TWCCC with this debut concept, Hansei (Self-Reflection).

This eight-person wine tasting and pairing will take place on a mutually agreed upon date in the Toshizo Watanabe Culinary Cultural Center. Gratuity is included.
