This 800 year old villa is located in Castle Viscardo, overlooking the medieval town of Orvieto, in the Umbria region of central Italy.

Newly renovated, the villa boasts 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 14.The 2 story home is appointed with a gourmet kitchen, 2 fireplaces, 2 living rooms, Wi-Fi, ping pong table and beautiful swimming pool.

One week (Saturday-Saturday) at Podere Fabbiano (for 8-10 people) (6 bedroom, 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 twin bed and two twin beds put together for a king bed downstairs plus 5.5 bath) located in Castel 5, Italy.

Villa can be used for all available dates for 2023 and 2024.

Driver, Tour Guide and Chef are all available for hire at the following rates:

Driver for the week (8 passenger van) including airport pickup/drop odd and at your disposal 24/7: $3000 for 8 days (Saturday-Saturday) plus gas, parking and tolls.

Chef preparing 5 course Italian meal in villa @ $500 per dinner for 4 and $30 each for each additional guests. Includes shopping, preparing, serving and clean up.

Tour guide for the week $2000

Wine tasting and cooking classes can also be arranged.

Podere Fibbianno is an 800 year old stone villa located near the city of Orvieto in Umbria, very near the Tuscany's southern border. The villa sits high on a hill overlooking vineyards and olive groves. By car or by train, it is 1 hour north of Rome and 2 hours South of Florence.
