"There's No Place Like Home!"
Since its founding in 1919, Ridgewood School has been a "home away from home" for many students. Photos of Ridgewood's alumni line the school's hall, hanging there as proudly as their school photos were displayed in their families' homes. For more than a century, Ridgewood teachers have nurtured their students, valued each as an individual, and worked to educate the whole child. Over the years the curriculum has evolved in response to changing times, but our teachers and staff have continued to deliver Ridgewood's curriculum in a caring, familial environment.
Today, Ridgewood's teachers provide strong instruction in science, math, writing, foreign language, technology, and the fine and performing arts, along with an exceptional community service program. Their expertise is enhanced by Ridgewood's small class size and tutors who provide additional support for individual students. The depth and breadth of the curriculum and extra-curriculum, our ability to employ outstanding teachers and offer scholarships to worthy students are possible because of the generosity of the Ridgewood family, its friends, and you who will help us reach our fundraising goal for this auction. It is your support that will ensure Ridgewood remains a "home away from home" for its students.
On behalf of Ridgewood students, thank you!

DONATE FOR A CAUSE
Because Ridgewood School provides a wonderful educational environment for students, our enrollment has grown dramatically in the last few years. With this growth in our student population, especially at the lower level, today we have an increased need for playground equipment.
As part of our 2023 Hearts & Hands auction, we ask you to "Donate for A Cause" and help us replace a broken slide, increase the number of swings, and add a climbing structure for our students. Due to the cost of commercial grade playground equipment we have set a "Donate for A Cause" goal of $10,000, a sum that will help us provide students with a wonderful, expanded playground when we begin the new school year. Ridgewood students thank you!
