Lindaberry is an accomplished interdisciplinary artist based in Kansas City. He works with a diverse range of mediums, from pixels and plastics to wood, bronze, clay, and iron. His art draws inspiration from the tapestry of life itself, weaving together elements from everyday experiences, sacred rituals, mythology, history, science, and religion.
Through his work, Lindaberry continuously challenges the viewer's preconceived notions, prompting reflection on the intricate relationships among objects, animals, and the vast expanse of the universe alongside humankind.
Graduating from KCAI with a focus on Ceramics and holding an MFA in Sculpture from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Kim Lindaberry brings a wealth of experience to his craft. His diverse background includes roles as a lecturer and instructor at Metropolitan Community Colleges - Longview Campus and Johnson County Community College, as well as stints as a studio assistant, props artisan, union cabinet maker, and central shop assistant. Kim's eccentric imagination and distinctive iconography infuse his work with an undeniable allure, captivating audiences and sparking curiosity.
