Caleb Bowman is a professional sculptor who applies the art process to private and public projects with his experience in prototyping, metal fabrication, design, traditional construction, and installation.
Over the past 8 years, Caleb has found a passion for collaborating with artists, architects, engineers, and designers to produce projects, products, and exhibitions. As a fabricator, installer, and designer, he has held assistant positions in sculpture, film, and photography with Mark di Suvero, Eve Sussman, and Andre Lambertson respectively. Caleb taught drawing and sculpture at the Briarcliff College of Design in Long Island, NY from 2000 to 2002. He is currently developing his two design collections CBC Designs and Lusso&Rome and preparing for a solo sculpture and drawing exhibition in March 2021.
Caleb grew up on a 2,000-acre farm in Chillicothe, Missouri, and has lived and worked in New York City and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
He holds a B.F.A. in Sculpture from the Kansas City Art Institute and has completed the Sustainable Architecture program at Paolo Soleri's Arcosanti in Arizona.
