Enjoy your time at our lakefront home on Tellico Lake! Bring your boat and jetski and keep it at the dock provided. This property has a well-stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms (main floor master), 2.5 baths, 2 living areas, an office/den, washer and dryer, grill, glass-enclosed patio, an open-air patio downstairs all with a view of and dockside access to the lake! Tellico Village provides 3 championship golf courses. Knoxville is a short drive away; come and enjoy all East Tennessee has to offer.

Tellico Lake Escape is located in Tellico Village. This property provides easy access from both Interstate 75 and Interstate 40. (A 5-hour drive from Dayton). You will find amenities nearby: grocery is a 4-minute drive, several local restaurants are within a 5-7 minute drive, 3 golf courses are located within Tellico Village, and the lake is right outside your back door.

The main floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached master bath (shower and soaking tub), and a deck overlooking the lake. Additionally, on the main floor, you will find the main living area, dining room table, 4 bar stools, the kitchen, a half bath, laundry room, pantry, den/office with a futon couch, a grill, and an all-season patio enclosure providing year-round views of the water.

Downstairs are two bedrooms (each with queen-size beds), a full bath with an enclosed tub/shower, a large living space with a sectional couch with a memory-foam pull out bed. The lower level provides access to the lower deck where you will find a table and chairs perfectly located to give views of the lake.

The dock can be accessed via the stairs in the back yard. The slip allows you to keep your boat covered during your stay. The boat ramp is conveniently located approximately a 7-minute drive from the house.

Guest access: You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners' storage closets.

Tellico Lake is renowned throughout Eastern Tennessee for being the cleanest lake in the area, a perfect spot for boating where the bass and walleye are biting year-round. Its community is also friendly and relaxing, and several restaurants open up to fill your empty stomach after a long day on the water. The wide variety of restaurants and bars in the area will satisfy every palette.
