Discover an Island Full of Natural Beauty in the Azores Islands, Portugal for Six Days & Five Nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment for Two, Including a Whale Watching Experience, a Three Course Dinner in a Local Restaurant, a UNESCO World Heritage Site Hike and a Visit to the Wine Museum with a Tasting.

Come to paradise in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores Islands, where you'll find unspoiled landscapes that are reminiscent of a fairy tale. One of Portugal's best kept secrets, this remote nine-island archipelago is best known for its vibrantly colored blue-green lakes, grottoes, volcanic mountain peaks, stunning topography, colorful hydrangeas, ancient fishing villages, thermal springs and vast untouched landscapes. Stay in a one-bedroom apartment, go whale watching in one of the best places in the world to do so, feast on the local cuisine, soak up the history and savor the wine in this natural wonderland!

The nine small worlds on the islands of the archipelago may appear to be small in size, but have much to boast about. The Azores are actually the tops of some of the tallest mountains on the planet, as measured from their base at the bottom of the ocean! An ecosystem with unique characteristics, the Azores are also one of the largest whale sanctuaries in the world, with more than 20 different types of cetaceans frequently spotted in the surrounding waters. With majestic whales and friendly dolphins, the blue Atlantic Ocean becomes even more magical around these nine islands. Azores has also won multiple awards, including Europe's Leading Adventure Tourism Destination 2022 by World Travel Awards, earning the title of one of Europe's safest destinations, and being in the top 10 of the best islands in Europe by Condé Nast Traveler's 2022 Choice Award!

Discover the fascinating history of the wine culture on Pico Island as you hike the emblematic trail through the Protected Landscape of the Pico Island Vineyard Culture area. You'll traverse a 1500 year old lava field and hike through ancient walls that were built from lava rock as you make your way to the Wine Museum. As you enter the main room of the building, be prepared to relive the history of the island's wine, from the introduction of grape growing and the golden times of the Verdelho, exported to Brazil and Russia, to the ruin caused in 1852 by the powdery mildew and the phylloxera. In this land, the vine is cultivated over rocky lava beds, very rich in potassium.

Stay in the comfort of a one-bedroom apartment, including a living room and kitchenette, and featuring gorgeous views, during your stay in a small village on Pico Island. On the premises you'll find a heated infinity pool, a multi-use panoramic room, a restaurant, a small grocery shop, as well as a gift shop. Pico Island is one of the most beautiful and underrated islands of the Azores, and stands majestically in the middle of the Azorean central group. Volcanic eruptions ended 300 years ago so Pico is considered a dormant volcano, which adds to the mystique of the island, where the landscape is a sublime mixture of lava rock and exotic vegetation. Though the island is sparsely populated, it boasts some of the best swimming holes in the Azores.

• Three hour small group whale watching experience
• Three course dinner in a local restaurant
• A UNESCO World Heritage Site Hike and a visit to the Wine Museum of Madalena, including a Tasting
