A 60 minute custom yoga session for 1-4 people with owner and operator of Beausoleil Yoga; Stephanie O'Hara; in her private studio space in Gaslight Village; 2211 Acorn Drive; Kettering. Sessions are customized to the group. Beausoleil (bow-so-lay) means beautiful sun in French. It is my maiden name and has been my middle name since I was married. It is the cornerstone of my personal mantra and my living metaphor for yoga. Beautiful - we are all beautiful souls. If we see and feel the inherent beauty in ourselves and in all beings we can live life to its fullest. Corporate and on-site yoga also available. and can be taught in a style that is compatible for the group. The session can focus on increased flexibility; managing chronic pain; stress reduction and overall mind/body connection. Includes aromatherapy and adjustments; if desired.
