A Day at the Zoo

One lucky group of up to six (6) will enjoy a complementary day at Brevard Zoo including a private tour to see (some of) your favorite animals and a chance to go behind the scenes and learn how Brevard Zoo staff work endlessly to provide the highest possible level of wellbeing for every animal in our care. Fish, frogs, giraffe, snakes, monkeys... no matter the species, our zoo keepers work continuously to ensure that every animal in our care is thriving. Through training programs we provide meaningful choice and control for our animals which translates to better relationships between animals and staff and better wellbeing for the animals under our care. We cannot guarantee the participation or visibility of any particular species during your tour, but your tour guide will work with you and our animal care staff to plan the best possible experience based on your interests without compromising the wellbeing of our animals. In addition to the tour, group members will receive all access wristbands allowing you to participate in giraffe and bird feedings as well as our award winning Expedition Africa Kayak Tour and the Cape to Cairo train ride at no additional cost.

All animal activities are subject to change based on weather, availability, and animal behavior. All scheduling is subject to availability with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to booking on a mutually agreed upon date. To participate in any behind the scenes activities, children must be at least seven (7) years of age or older and all participants must have closed toed shoes (minimum age for kayaking is five (5) years old if riding with an accompanying adult).

Note: Most prizes are local to Melbourne, Florida. If the winner is not local to this area, they will be responsible for all costs for the shipment of winning items, if shipment of the item is available. Bidder assumes the responsibility for collecting their prizes upon participating in the auction.
