Enjoy pure spectacle as Nevada Ballet Theatre's gorgeous dancers, a full orchestra, and over 50 boldly pure operatic voices of the Las Vegas Master Singers come together in an earthquake of an event, "Carmina Burana." In 2022, Las Vegas audiences audibly gasped in awe and sprung to their feet in thunderous applause as this powerful ballet enveloped them in its swirling storm of love and pain, life and death, fate and will.

Plus! The evening begins with the quintessential Balanchine ballet, "Serenade." From the moment the curtain rises, George Balanchine's Serenade takes gentle and complete control of your emotions. Set to Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings, this Balanchine masterpiece is as close to a spiritual experience as can be found in ballet, breathtaking in its classic elegance of form. As delicate blue tulle sweeps across a moonlit stage in perfect complement to the music, you will revel in the transcendent beauty of dance.

For over five decades, Nevada Ballet Theatre (NBT) has enriched the lives of the people of Las Vegas through professional Ballet productions, an affiliated Academy offering the highest level of dance training, and outstanding Community Education programs for underserved youth. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit performing arts organization based in Las Vegas and the largest professional ballet company and dance Academy in the state, NBT has been a cultural force since its first performance 50 years ago. The mission of NBT is to educate and inspire statewide, regional, and national audiences and impact community life through professional company productions, dance training, and Community Education programs.
