The steam-sauna process speeds up metabolism, eliminates toxins from the body, and oxygenates joints, skin, and muscles. You'll receive robes, water, and full access to amenities, including a Himalayan salt wall sauna, steam room, hot pools with cascading waterfalls, Nordic cool and cold pools, and fire pits with Adirondack chairs.
