Casa Feliz

Donated by AMS Founder Donna Bryant Goertz, enjoy 10 days at Casa Feliz in the Historic Center of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Just down the street from the Angela Peralta Theatre and the Bellas Artes Cultural Center, a couple more blocks from the main square with its iconic church, and within easy walking distance from art galleries, music venues, and trendy restaurants and shops, Casa Feliz is a popular vacation rental. Though remodeled and updated, some of the walls in this historic, 3-story Spanish colonial home are between 250 and 300 years old, and parts of it once served as a stable for the Spanish army. Featuring an extensive art collection, the charmingly furnished property sleeps 6-8 people in the convenience of 3 large bedrooms with private baths, one small bedroom with a shared bath, and a powder room on the first floor. Enjoy the comfort of a full-time housekeeper (9am-3pm, Mon-Fri), two spacious living areas, tropical atrium, fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor terraces on the 2nd and 3rd floors, Wifi, and a flat-screen cable TV. Magdalena, the housekeeper, maintains a spotless house filled with lush plants on all three levels. For a modest grocery and cooking fee, she will whip up a traditional Mexican breakfast or a supper of her specialty, green enchiladas.
