Van Winkle Family "Old Rip" Van Winkle 10yr Bourbon is a highly sought-after ultra-premium bourbon. Aged for a minimum of 10yrs and from barrels picked by Julian Van Winkle and his son, Preston, Old Rip is bottled at nearly barrel proof with just a splash of Kentucky limestone water added after a decade of aging. It boasts a sweet vanilla nose with caramel, pecan and oak wood with a smooth, mellow flavor consisting of robust wheat, cherries and oak. It features a long, smoky wheat finish with hints of fruit, spice and oak tannins.

For the bourbon geeks out there, this is a 2018 bottle, (L181220112237) bottled at 107 proof.

Also included:

  • Pappy Co Barrel-Aged Pure Maple Syrup is an extra-special maple syrup is aged in 10-to-20-year-old Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels immediately after they're dumped for bottling at the distillery, which lends this pure maple syrup a unique depth of flavor with rich bourbon-like notes of vanilla, caramel, butter, and oak.
  • Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Barrel-Aged Old-Fashioned Mix: 5-pack: Made in partnership with Bittermilk's bitters, this one-of-a-kind collaboration is made with simple quality bittering agents aged in retired Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels, creating a distinct flavor profile unique to Pappy & Company to create the perfect Old Fashioned.
