Hi. I'm Anais. I started this chapter of my health journey four years ago when I was having a hard time recovering from my two consecutive pregnancies (including a twin one!) and had a laundry list of what I didn't at the time realize were issues directly related to inflammation.
Enter Dr. Steven Gundry's Plant Paradox book which changed my health and brought me more energy and wellness than I had ever experienced.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I grew up watching my Mexican and Cuban grandmothers in the kitchen and always showed an interest in the foods of my heritage.

As I became an adult and traveled, I absorbed all the flavors and senses I experienced and asked as many questions as I could about what I was tasting and how it was made.
This and so much more has culminated into what I call Cook Intuitively. With me you'll learn more than just the basics of cooking. You'll also learn the benefits of the foods you consume and preparation methods to maximize bioavailability and minimize inflammation.
