6 days of fishing on the world-famous Rio Negro river, deep in the jungles of the Brazilian Amazon. Our guests enjoy single-occupancy accommodations aboard our luxurious 130-foot yacht, which moves each night to ensure a variety of water to fish each day. We also have two double-occupancy staterooms available for couples. Fishing is from US-made BassTrackers designed to accommodate fly and conventional anglers comfortably. Over 70% of our Guests are fly anglers, which makes us very unique in the Amazon. Conventional anglers are certainly welcome. Guests have the opportunity to cast to some of the world's largest peacock bass along with a wonderful list of other species to catch each day. Macaws, green parrots, and tucans are spotted on a daily basis and it is typical to see monkeys a few times during the week. Nomadic Waters will be celebrating our 10th anniversary in 2024. We average a 60% Guest return rate and are among TripAdvisor's top 10% highest-rated lodges. We are an R.L. Winston-preferred lodge and will be the exclusive Brazilian outfitter for Orvis Adventure Travel starting in 2024. Our retail price is $6,500 per person, which covers almost everything once our Guests arrive in Manaus Brazil (transfers, permits, licenses, hotels, meals at the hotel, translators, charter flights, etc. are all included). Typically the only additional expenses for our Guests include travel to Brazil, hotel bar tabs, and gratuities for our staff. Michael Williams, the owner and fishing manager of the operation personally hosts every week and fishes with guests almost every day. More information can be found at www.nomadicwaters.com.
