This package contains two 60 minute training sessions for you at a park of your choice where Adam will design two custom workouts customized to your fitness goals. *Timing based on both parties availability
Bio: Adam Korak is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds a Ph.D. in Human Performance with a specialization in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University, a Master's degree from the University of North Alabama and undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. Currently he is a tenured Associate Professor in Exercise Science in the Department of Health and Exercise Science at the University of St. Thomas. Adam's research includes comparisons of muscle activation patterns via electromyography and force production during functional movements and exercises, maximal oxygen consumption, lactate analysis, creatine on power output, dehydration effects, kinetics, kinematics and recovery from resistance training. He has been featured in Men's Health Magazine and numerous academic journals.
