1. Vernick Fish at Four Seasons Philadelphia is Chef Greg Vernick's version of an American oyster bar. Your dinner for two will be a celebration of an ingredient-driven cooking style, paired with a love for global flavors, resulting in an inventive menu of fish and shellfish dishes, well-selected meats, and a range of vegetable preparations.

Taking a detailed, seasonal, and sustainable approach in small and large plate offerings, the kitchen team brings new life to favorite hallmarks of oyster bar fare.

Complementing the experience are well-crafted cocktails and a focused wine list of seafood-friendly options. Incredible desserts, featuring cakes and pies by the slice to follow.

2. You and a guest will also enjoy this Vernick Wine Tasting Menu Experience in the Verick Wine "jewel-box" dining room for a harmonious compilation of dishes that trail the season. Anticipate a multi-course menu featuring new takes on classic Vernick dishes and a use of ingredients sourced from the mid-Atlantic region.

This experience will include a pairing of different styles of wines to complement the menu, selected by Wine Director, Felix Hughes.

*For the dinner, service is available Tuesday through Saturday evenings with reservations available 30 days in advance & must be made through our General Manager. Vernick Fish reserves the right to offer an experience of equal value if necessary. This experience is valued at $300 with service & gratuity included.
* For the wine tasting experience, seating is available Friday & Saturday evenings with reservations available up to 30 days in advance. Minimum two weeks advance notice for reservation, pending availability. This experience is exclusive of service gratuity (please tip at your discretion). All allergies and dietary restrictions must be provided in advance. Valid for redemption until 11/17/24. Date exclusions may apply (e.g., cannot redeem on certain holiday weeks or for other special events). An experience of equal value may be substituted if the tasting menu is unavailable, at the restaurant's discretion.
