Imagine gathering at the historic James Beard House with 23 of your closest friends, as you walk through the kitchen, you are greeted by the award-winning chefs Daniel Boulud, Adrienne Cheatham, and Gabriel Kreuther. You trade stories, laughs over cocktails, and canapes created for you by the chefs themselves! As evening falls, you proceed to the second floor for an unforgettable dinner they've prepared, paired with exceptional Champagne and French wines. Finally, dessert prepared and presented by Pastry Chef Jacques Torres!

This once-in-a-lifetime "chef-designed dinner," will leave you speechless. At the helm of this magical evening will be a team of Jacques Pepin's close culinary friends:

• Chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud of award-winning restaurants Daniel, Centurion, Le Pavillon, and Le Gratin in New York City.

• Chef Adrienne Cheatham, television personality, James Beard-nominated cookbook author, and creator of the SundayBest pop up series.

• Chef Gabriel Kreuther, of Gabriel Kreuther Restaurant and Kreuther Handcrafted
• Chocolates.
• Pastry Chef Jacques Torres, of Jacques Torres Chocolate and host of Netflix "Nailed it!"

Your package includes:

• A dinner at the Beard House for twenty-four (24) guests
• Cocktail hour and canapes in the James Beard House greenhouse, with seated multi-course dinner to follow in the second-floor dining room

*Proceeds from this auction package will be split evenly between the James Beard Foundation and the Jacques Pepin
Foundation, to support both organizations' vital work in the culinary industry. JBF will provide the Beard House, all
staffing, all serve ware, kitchen equipment, and wines.
