Experience the James Beard Foundation's Chef Bootcamp for Policy and Change first-hand with 15 innovative chefs from across the country. Sit in on an inspiring advocacy training session and discover the passions of each new chef advocate, all while staying for two nights in a beautiful setting. Enjoy a welcome reception, along with a special property excursion and tour of the farm site. You'll also indulge in first-class sustainable meals and wines during your entire stay, and more. What a delicious and unique occasion!

This package for one (1) person includes:

• 2 nights at the host property (past locations have included Horse Shoe Farms in North Carolina, Shelburne Farms in Vermont, and Glynwood in the Hudson Valley)
• All meals included and beverages provided by JBF's Bootcamp brand partners
• Opportunity to sit in on all the Bootcamp programming and trainings as desired, including:
• Property tour
• Welcome reception and family-style dinner with the chefs
• Policy and advocacy training
• Farm excursion
• A collaborative chef dinner
