• Original art by Jacques Pepin: In addition to his many talents as a chef, culinary educator, and author, Jacques is also a highly gifted fine artist known for his whimsical illustrations, especially of his menus. This original painting
  is Jacques' take on this evening's menu and is a one-of-a-kind treasure.
• A blue and white bowtie from James Beard's own collection: James was famous for his collection of bowties; this white and blue paisley beauty is one of few surviving from James' personal collection, directly from the James Beard Foundation's own archives.
• A Commendation Magnum created to
  celebrate Julia Child's 90th birthday, signed by Julia Child herself: Duckhorn Vineyards' Napa Valley Merlots
  are world-class, but this magnum from the 1999 vintage is truly priceless. It is one of just a handful produced in honor of Julia Child's storied 90th birthday gala held at Copia in 2002 by the American Institute of Wine & Food.
