Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of MI 20th Anniversary Gala

Our Mission: Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan is a local, grassroots 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides wigs & support services to children ages 3 to 18 at no charge throughout the state of Michigan. Founded in 2003, we have served over 5,200 Michigan kids in need thanks to your support! Our program focuses on children facing cancer, alopecia, trichotillomania, lupus, hydrocephalus, burns, dog bites, blood & skin disorders, down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, diabetes, cartilage-hair hypoplasia and any other medical disorder causing hair loss. If you know of a child in need of our services, please refer them to us. Raffle/Auction Disclaimer

1. Placing a bid is entering into a legally binding contract. Bidders who win an item will be held responsible for the amount they bid on.
2. All bidders must be at least 18 years old. 
3. Any prize over $600 or more, the winner will be required to fill out W2-G form for IRS purposes.
4. You may bid on any item from when the auction begins until the auction closes. No additional bids will be accepted.
5. If you are the highest bidder for a particular number of items, you will be notified immediately following the auction. Once you are identified as the winning bidder, all sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.
6. All items are "as is". Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
7. The value listed is an estimate of fair market value.
8. Payment for items purchased will be charged immediately after the close of the auction. (Does not apply for Dave Santia speed paintings) You may pick up your purchases at Barrister Gardens. You must show your paid receipt as well as valid ID for items to be picked up. If you are not present, you will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss retrieval at the Wellness Center or pay shipping/handling for your items to be mailed to you. All items will be the winning bidder's responsibility to arrange receipt.
9. Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from
   the auction.
10. All experience certificates must be redeemed prior to the expiration date listed within the item descriptions.
11. Each person bidding accepts and assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction such person's participation in the auction, and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan. Each person bidding further waives any right to claim ambiguity in the operation of the auction or in these Official Rules. Each participant agrees Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan has made no representation, warranty, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the operation of the auction or to any items, and are not responsible for the items available for purchase through the auction. Each person bidding waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, attorneys' fees, or any damages from or against
    Maggie's Wigs 4 Kids of Michigan.
