? PETS ALLOWED ?
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. $150 non refundable pet deposit required.

? NO SMOKING INSIDE ?
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

? NO PARTIES/EVENTS ?
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the Cabin and Neighboring cabins. Sound Travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi terms and conditions:
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
