Health Coaching Consult
During this confidential health coaching session you will have an opportunity to get clear on
your personal goals regarding your health and wellness and you'll come away with some actionable steps toward achieving what you desire. You will have an hour to focus totally on you, so be sure to schedule your session when you are able to be distraction free.

Food Store Tour
We will meet at the grocery store of your choice. It will take approximately 2-3 hours. Dress appropriately as it can get cold in the store. You will be given a binder so you won't have to take a lot of notes. We will walk aisle-by-aisle as I guide you through the store teaching you how to shop with confidence. You will come away with the knowledge of how to properly read food labels and make the best choices to support your health goals.

Hands-On Cooking Class
We will have a conversation prior to the class to assess your kitchen set up, level of experience with knife skills and collaborate on a menu to prepare. The class will be approximately 3 hours.
