"Come enjoy our family home and soak up all that nature has to offer. Our villa is less than one mile from skiing at Beech Mountain Resort, close to many hiking trails including the Emerald Outback, fishing, golf, biking and just plain relaxing. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, Beech Mountain has it all. This spacious 3/3 villa has been updated with new appliances and new bunk room, new king bed in the master as well as an entirely updated living room and dining room (2020). The long range views are amazing from the deck and master as well as bunk room. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and Keurig. All bedding, towels and basic amenities are included. Villa is equipped with smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as a tv with cable and DVD in the family room and cable in the bunk room. Warm up with the cozy gas fireplace and comfy seating. Wi-Fi with extender throughout is perfect for working from home and virtual schooling. Full size washer/dryer. The downstairs bunk room is accessible inside via spiral staircase or outside through a separate entrance."

Please be aware there are 30 steps leading from the parking lot to the villa. Pets are welcome - dogs only - $50 pet fee/$25 each additional dog. Vista Villa is a tranquil place for families to come relax. This community is NOT for parties and loud groups. Please be respectful of other neighbors and be aware there is a unit above you and next to you. Any noises after the quiet hours of 10pm-7am will not be acceptable. 2 car limit per stay
