Restrictions:

- When can I use my 3 nights? Any available time on our calendar between now and 12/31/2024 (end of next year) except the summer holidays (Friday - Monday of Memorial Day, the week of the 4th of July , and Friday - Monday of Labor Day).

- Can I use this as a 3-night discount on a longer paid stay? Yes! Your discount will be for 3 nights and the cleaning fee.

- Can I split this between 2 stays? Yes! We have a 2-night stay minimum requirement so one stay would be for 2 nights (including the cleaning fee) and the other stay would include a 1-night discount (not including the cleaning fee).

- How far in advance do I need to book? No requirement, but summer dates fill up quickly!

- Can I change/cancel my reservation? Yes. You may change or cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks before your reservation is scheduled to begin.

- Are children allowed? Yes! - How many people are allowed to stay with me? We allow a total of 6 people in the cottage, including children.

- Can I bring my dog? Absolutely! All pets are welcome for free, up to 4 total.

- Can I let someone else use this offer on my behalf? No. We require the person that wins this offer be the person who signs our rental agreement and be on-site during the entire reservation. - How old must I be to win this offer? 25 years old.

- What else do you require? You must sign our rental agreement and provide a credit card for the $500 security deposit. Security deposit is 100% refunded after checkout, pending no issues.

- How do I make my reservation? Email us at [email protected] to let us know which dates you would like to stay and how many adults/kids/pets will be with you. We will block out our calendar accordingly and send you the rental agreement to sign.
