This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 30 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS: Settlement must be made with Smart Auctions at the conclusion of the auction. NPH Brafords reserves the right to retain possession on one or more bulls and/or females from this offering and reserves the right to retain breeding/semen revenue interest on select bulls/females. This selection will be made available on sale day.

DISPUTES: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder.

SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES: If you can't make it onsite, by or on sale day, we will do our best to represent the cattle to you. For cattle purchased sight unseen the buyer has the right of inspection at the time of pick up/delivery.

PURCHASER'S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser's risk for a reasonable amount of time.

LIABILITY: Anyone previewing the cattle, picking up cattle and or attending the sale does so at their own risk. NPH Brafords, or anyone associated with the management of the sale will be held liable for injury to attendees or to purchased animals. The responsibility for sold animals passes to the buyer once the auction is closed. NPH Brafords will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safe handling of purchased cattle until they are loaded on the purchaser's trailer.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: A transferred certificate of registry will be furnished to the buyer for each registered animal.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from Smart Auctions will take precedence over printed matter. Potential buyers are cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.

HEALTH: Health papers will be provided.

TRUCKING: Free delivery for 200 miles from NPH headquarters in Fouke, Arkansas. Contact Nathan Hyman in advance of the sale with questions regarding transportation. Pick-up or delivery of any lots will not be made until settlement is confirmed with Smart Auctions.

BREEDER'S GUARANTEE: Should a bull not pass his BSE at 18 months, NPH will make adjustments within the following guidelines.

First breeding season is defined as 90 days from the first turn out of the bull.

Bulls &/or females must be maintained in satisfactory body condition with accepted care and management practices.

Females have not been serviced leading up to the sale date.

NPH must be notified within 5 days of injury to the animal.

At our discretion, NPH will issue a credit toward the purchase of any animal in a future NPH sale or NPH purchase.
