Daniel will guide you and seven friends through a private spirits and mixology workshop. The class will be customized to include three cocktails and SGWS will provide all the spirits, syrups, mixers and tools that you need to be your very own craft cocktail expert! Together you will explore the history and foundation of the spirits you will be using as well as the perfect balance behind every great cocktail. This workshop can be conducted over zoom or in-person at the SGWS Hospitality Center in Chicago or at Bolingbrook Golf Club in Bolingbrook, IL.

After bartending for ten years during the cocktail renaissance in some of Chicago's most prolific accounts including BOKA and Mercadito, Daniel de Oliveira further developed his expertise through various roles in brand marketing and distributor sales. He spent the last eight years building brands, educating bartenders across the country, and creating memorable cocktail experiences far and wide before accepting the position as Mixologist for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits of Illinois.

In this current role he will help nurture and build the SGWS' world-class spirits portfolio from education to cocktail creation. In addition, Daniel will be a leader on the front lines helping Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits reinvigorate the essence of community and culture in Chicago's cocktail and spirit industry
