Guided Marin County Hike on a Bucket List Trail for 6 People.

Marin Trail Hiker (AKA Darragh Kennedy) is a hiking enthusiast, seasoned back packer, content writer and producer, and expert on the trails across the hills and mountains of the beautiful hikers mecca - Marin County. Join Darragh on a guided hike for up to 6 people, on one of the following stunning bucket-list hikes in Marin County. (Choose one that best fits your abilities!)

(1) Big Rock, Lucas Valley. (7.5 miles RT, 1,310 elevation gain, 3-4 hours est.)
A steep up and down climb to Marin's second highest mountain with fabulous Bay Area Vistas.

(2) Tomales Point, Point Reyes. (9.5 Miles RT, 510 elevation gain, 4-5 hours est.)
An out and back hike with rural ocean views and an abundance of wildlife usually on show, including the famous local Tule Elk.

(3) Dipsea Trail (partial), Mount Tam (6 Miles RT, 1,600 elevation gain, 3-5 hours est.) This iconic and challenging loop route starts at Stinson Beach and climbs up to near Muir Woods. A steep hike that gives unbeatable views for the pay-off, but requires a good degree of fitness.

Participants will meet at the selected trailhead. and each hike will start between 7.00 & 9.00 am depending on time of year, weather & selected trailhead. Hikers will receive advance communications on the itinerary, gear, what to expect, food & water, weather considerations, and even training suggestions if needed. This is a great opportunity to notch up the Marin hike you have always wanted to do! Especially great if your guests are out-of-towners!
