Like whiskey? Ever wonder why you taste vanilla in bourbon or honey and fruits in scotches? Want a chance to drink whisky with Fr. Nathan?

Join us for an after-dinner evening for 8 people hosted by Matthew and Jennifer Entwistle at their home with Fr. Nathan tasting some incredible whiskies with paired appetizers. Experience a customized and guided whiskey flight with Matthew's *ahem* self-professed whiskey knowledge. Tasting tailored to your preferences! Examples of a customized flight could look like *one* of these:

1. Buffalo Trace distillery makes some of the most sought after (and hard to find!) bourbons on the market and maybe you want to try a few - Buffalo Trace, Colonel E.H. Taylor, Eagle Rare, Blanton's, Rock Hill Farms, and Stagg Jr.

2. Barrel strength bourbons pack incredible and unique flavors. Maybe you want to experience how different they can be and understand why! Staple expressions like Elijah Craig Barrel Proof and 1792 Full Proof along with a few rare releases like Stagg Jr. and Four Roses Barrel Strength.

3. Speyside scotch whiskies are unpeated (read "not smoky") and some of the most beautiful expressions from around the world. Enjoy a variety of single malt scotches aged in ex-bourbon and/or ex-sherry casks with the pinnacle of trying an incredible cask strength 27-year old Glenburgie that was hand-selected by a local Director of the Summit Hill Scotch Whisky Society.

4. If your jam is Islay scotch which packs a big ol' wallop of smoke, then this flight's for you - Talisker, Compass Box, Kilchoman, Port Charlotte, Lagavulin, and the incredibly sought after (and hard to find) Octomore.

Don't know what you like? We can do that too.

Come join for an unforgettable evening with Fr. Nathan and the Entwistles.

Tasting date to be determined with the winner.
