The York County SPCA will hold our "Wags to Riches" Benefit at the Out Door Country Club on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Our theme will be "Enriching the Lives of People and Pets in our Community".

"STUDIO 54"

Don your swankiest 70s-Glam tux and sequins for this black-tie encouraged gala affair at our version of Studio 54! The evening will include a welcome reception, a gourmet dining experience, silent and live auctions with something for everyone, a band to keep us dancing, surprise performance art reminiscent of the real Studio 54, and more!

AUCTION GUIDELINES

Please take a moment to read our Auction Guidelines:

Our Auction will be on display throughout the evening in the Madison Avenue Grill Dining Room and can also be viewed on your Smartphone in the GiveSmart platform.

The Live Auction will begin at APPROXIMATELY 8:15.

All bidding for both the silent and live auctions will be done via Smartphone on GiveSmart, our bidding platform.  Please see the bidding How-Tos for easy instructions.

If you do not have a Smartphone, please find one of our Auction assistants who will place a bid for you under your User Name.

All values assigned to items are Fair Market Value.

Please be mindful of bidding activity if you are part of a couple with both cell phones registered.  We suggest you communicate about your bids.  Some great bidding wars have occurred between spouses who did not know they were bidding against one another!

Each item has been described as accurately as possible with information provided to us by the donor.  However, all items are sold without warranty to authenticity.

Successful bidders must pay for items by 12:00 AM (midnight) that evening by checking out on the platform.  Please consider registering a credit card in advance to speed up your check-out.  If you need assistance, please find one of our Auction assistants who will guide you through the check-out process.  

ALL items must be removed from the Out Door Country Club by 12:00 PM (Noon) on Sunday, October 8 without exception.  Please ensure that you have arrangements to move larger items.  All items must be picked up between 10 AM and Noon.

We cannot be responsible for items remaining after the end of the event.

If necessary, it is the successful bidder's responsibility to contact the donor. We have included donor information where applicable.
